Rains billing process is a mess and their app

I am very dissapointed with Rain I have been with this company for over 2 years now but the service I received lately has been very unpleasant Made payment for this month only to find that I made payment for another persons account Sent proof that I paid now bill doubled payment dates were changed from 24th of every month to the last day of the month and the amount I pay towards rain 529 which I knew would increase to R560 but now it changed to 595 and doubled to 1138. I think it’s time to jump ship honestly if it’s not their network connection it’s their app if not that it’s their billing and changing of debit order dates without clients consent
