Rain's billing department sucks

Rain's billing department is ***********. They suck big time. Due their *********** agents I was billed for months for two Sims when I only had one active. The account was paid and then I canceled and received confirmation from them that there was no outstanding amounts. But to my surprise I was charged again and further more for two Sim cards still. Please don't ever use rain... You will have never-ending billing issues.
