Rains bad service.

Rain internet service is pathetic. There support is just as pathetic. My download speed does not go more than 2mb/s where as my upload speed goes up to 15mb/s. You get no reply back from support although they tell you that a technician will contact you back in 24 to 48 hours. I am tired of logging calls and getting no resolve. Rain must get their act together or thy will compete with Telkom for the top spot of worst service provider ever.
