Rain's bad customer service?

I purchased their uncapped data Sim on Friday 17, 2020. I started the Rica process at 8pm and it still has not processed. After back and forth emails with the service provider my interbet has still not been activated even though they emailed to say the issue has been resolved. The amount for the package was taken off my account immediately yet I am still waiting for activation. This is only meant to take up to 48hrs but it's been more than 3 days. Their support is working remotely but without a contact number so the only way of communication is via email which is ridiculously slow. I would appreciate immediate action.
