Rain's attempt to ***** my money... Again.

Eish eish eish...and here I thought I was done with Rain and I can start posting about more positive experiences.

Please refer to your recorded calls and noted records that I received a call from Rain at 12:30pm on 11 January confirming the immediate cancellation of my services from you and that it was specified that no further moneys are transferrable. This was as a result of no service at all for over 2 weeks.

Why then are you bunch of ********s still trying to debit my account..? Then also the audacity to send me messages telling me that it has failed...I don't want any excuses...Fix your s#!t and stop trying to ***** my money.
