Rain's administration is non existing

I can't complain regarding the product but wow the admin suck. I am struggling for almost 6 months to get 5 invoices. And at this stage no feedback. When you go on the website to get the invoices these 5 particular invoices are not available. I have send several emails to them as well on the support link on the website. The only email I received back was they will look into it and get back to me. Needless to say I am still waiting and the invoices are still not available on the website either. They are forcing me to find another service provider and that is only because of the admin that is a big issue for me.
