Rains a bunch of ****s

I was away for 2 months and I forgot to cancel my rain internet for that period. Came back and I paid it up.2 days later my next months bill came and I chose to part pay. And pay the rest closer to the end of the month. That's what rain says when you pay. I didn't choose the 25% option I paid half. It's the 15th and they've cut off the line. How is this till the end of the month as per your policy. You ppl are the worst Seriously. I should've rather stuck with vodacom. They don't do this.
