RAIN'S 7 DAY CANCELATION POLICY ,YET NO SIGN OF MY FULL REFUND!

Rain's cancelation policy states that if you cancel within 7 days you receive all your money back, it seems like complete hogwash, it's been such a back and forth process with their customer support which keep insisting that my refund payment has been escalated, I canceled the very next day after activation due to poor network in my area and it's been a month and theirs no sign of my full refund, the network is poor and the fact that a company of their stature can't process a refund timely according to their own policy is beyond ridiculous, I can't gather why anyone should have to run in circles just to get back their own money.I would not advise anyone to deal with a service provider like this.
