Rains 5G is terribly managed

Rain 5G sucks. I asked them explicitly what their download speed, upload speed and latency looks like and its unstable and cant be depended upon whether for gaming or for professional purposes. The ping (latency) is terrible to start with, but to add to that it also has a jitter of over 1000. Meaning at any point your latency can be +- 1500 (the worse was 18000 ping). The dowload speed seems decent, but at 60 Megabits, you can barely stream Youtube and Netflix and other streams your basically gambling. Worse for work, when Im downloading off of a private server, haalf of the time I cant even authenticate properly. The other half, if I do, all my downloads are *******ed. The upload is horrible. I keep erroring out.

Honesty. I'd put this up to the fact that the jitter for the latency, download and upload is ridiculously high (500). Also when you do a trace route, as ssoon as the icmp packet leaves the ISP, teh first two nodes are down.

But all they say is they will look into it, but never do anything to fix it or they blame Loadshedding. Its exploitation. They think we're idiots
