Rain's *****

I signed up with Rain for a 200mbps uncapped line at R 999 per month. It went very well until they offered me an "upgrade". They offered me 2 "free" sim cards at no additional cost.

What they did not say was that they dropped my connection speed to 30mbps at the same time and to go back to 100mbps+ will cost me an additional R 400 per month.

In addition to this they are advertising the exact same contract they de*****ed me into now costs R 559 per month for new subscribers.

Their call centre is useless and NOBODY returns calls.

Watch out - Rain commits ***** on a large scale.
