Rain,Rain Go Away

Rain is really the worst internet service provider nobody needed. They had disconnected my services for three weeks. They called me to notify me of the outstanding amount and we agreed on an amount. I paid that amount and since then my services have still been discontinued. I had sent them my pop on their support and document upload email, I called to follow up as my services were still discontinued. Even this was a mission because their useless support line just tells you of an outstanding balance and a stupid payment gate way portal which still reveals the old amount and hasn’t been updated after payment. I had to call through their sales department to get to support so that I can get some assistance and when I was talking to the lady trying to find a solution to the problem she decides that she is going to hang up the call mid conversation. All I want is for some help and the fact that I have to be disrespected and run through hoops just to get a hold of you to communicate is amazing to me. Ya.Neh.
