RainOne - Would not recommend

I recently migrated to RainOne and just discovered that I cant make or receive phone calls. This is after porting my number from Vodacom (BIG MISTAKE). I reported the matter to their Support staff and got no response . I then decided to call their support agents after discovering that one of their sims is faulty and is not registering in my daughters phone . I requested another SIM and was told I need to request one form their app. Fast forward to today when I cant make calls their Support agent told me my Iphone6 is outdated there for does not work with RainOne . I asked her what the way forward is because I wont change my phone just so i can use their services , she told me thats not her problem I must just do what I want. It was never mentioned in the contact which phones are compatible with rain one . I want my contract cancelled
