Rainone network very bad

I decided to give rainone simcard a try but the network is extremely bad and it gets worse by the day and unfortunately I am not getting help through the call centre, the person I spoke to took me through a process that seemed to make this worse and emailing them also there is no response. I am missing a lot of calls.

I'm hoping to get help here.
