RainOne network is the worst

I got the RainOne router not so long ago and the SIM cards were working fine but the when it comes to the router they keep on turning it on and off and they are telling us that we have to pay in order to have the internet but my father had an agreement with them that he can pay on the 25th of September and they agreed. This is just not acceptable you had an agreement with your agent that we can pay next month but you keep on turning the internet off

This is unbelievable what is wrong with this network it was working fine two days ago but now at around 8 o'clock it stopped working it goes on and off I have been complaining about it. It looks like you play with your customers just because we said we can pay the month end of September now you are playing us please fix
