Rainone mobile sim calling useless

Using the rain sim cards for making and recieving calls doesn't work. You have to download the problematic raintalk app, because rain doesn't support volte. Porting your number to rain is easy, but trying to port out of rain more than a month later, is now suspended for 90 days. So I cannot use my old number for the next 3 months. This is unacceptable. Customer service puts you on hold, then disappears. ***********!! Sort this out A. S. A. P.
