RAINone is hectic

Their agents are great, esp Lutendo and Mfundo, now comes the service we paying for, Terrible.Its 48 hours now only the 4G sim cards working but the 5G router is not working.They can't do even a follow up on their customers.I also feel like they selling false information to customers as they never mentioned this RainTalk app being a must that it should be the default dialer.without the app, you can't use the 4g Sim and again with no internet it won't also work.Its hectic.
