Change the internet plan I have on month to month contract without my input. I am now on a product that has me paying more for less, my speeds have also slowed down to a shameful rate. All this happened after a telesales tried peddling me "free" 4G sim cards which I at first refused but they continued hounding me.
No support channels, social media moaning is all you get. Pretty sure what happened now is not legal?

05 May 2024, 09:40Please, please, please improve the support system. Logging tickets on MyRain does NOTHING. Do not make people chase you on social media and then MyBB/HelloPeter for assistance, especially when things like accidental downgrades/system showing downgraded package with same high package price/actual rain router misbehaving all come together to cause a massive mess. Along with not notifying me when the name of my package has changed.
This all comes together where I am left confused as to what is going on without my consent (granted the accidental downgrade was warranted of some mood) and the MyBB support agents that actually hop in to assist have to deal with nonsense that has been building up since the ticket system does not work and has never worked
