RAIN...non exisiting customer support

I feel the one star is not deserved but anyhow.

I lost my sim card and bought a new one from take a lot, now comes the impossible task of actually doing the sim swap....the only way is to register the new sim and having to pay 2 subscriptions. I might be wrong but getting hold of customer support is a even bigger task.
