Raining zero network

I've since been having a net work problem for the past 3 weeks .Rain network is very poor around jubilee hospital.this morning I contacted Rain about my problem. The first lady I spoke with told me that the Rain tower inside jubilee hospital is not working ,she will connect me to mmakgetse high school and she will come back to me in 15min she never called and I contacted the. I called again the second agents wanted my my cellphone number that I forgot as I was checking them when I get back to her I was listening to lousy music for 5 minutes until I hang up. Poor service by Rain and it's agent.but that to fibre cable that is being installed in the whole temba our problem will be solved R370 compared to R595 of suffuring..
