RAINing problems with no solutions or contact details

It is truly concerning that a company such as RAIN were not able to reroute their call center to their agents as other companies or assist . I have collected a RAIN sim card and followed the registration process and used my card to pay the funds which was taken immediately. I followed their E RICA process but the sim failed to be RICA'd. I have lodged several requests via their support messaging as they have no contact numbers during this time. I have also requested a refund which the website states will take 7 days to refund. I have received 2 replies, 1 asking me the problem, which I again rep**** the issue and few weeks later another reply consolodating all my complaints but I have received no solution to the problem neither my refund.
