Raining on Rain's Parade

Really struggling with Rain for around two weeks now. Modem is situated in the exact spot as it was a year ago, yet the signal keeps dropping. It is frustrating that I cannot even work from home. The problem is they have this usual thing that you, the customer is always in the wrong and they are not.... tired of this ****. Being a client of these for 5 years and this is the worst service I have ever come across.
