I would like give zero stars...since the day 3 November 2021 rain's courier services delivered the 5g router no internet network light stays red...I've been phoning/emailing their support spoke to the manager Anthony Vermeulen and by now I know all their staff Brenda, Amanda, Joseph, Lebohan, Kuleko, etc. All they doing is lying and say we escalating your incorrectly provisioned sim card to network/billing team for 8 days in a row but no solution then today they came up a new lie a tower are suddenly off in my area...then told them can I take the router to another area where 5g tower are on then I was told no it still won't work because the sim card are still not activated...hahahaha...imcompetent lol..this whole process just caused me frustration, anger, and start to be rude because their poor services are useless. Also a new member Robert is now handling my case because Anthony Vermeulen's lies are finish...Yesterday I requested them to collect their useless 5g router and to cancel this 5g package that I'venever used in my life( only good to use as a door stopper btw) but they simply ignore my request...I'm not paying a cent...already put a block to stop any future payments to rain. Just collect your damn thing goodbye rain...order my fibre line...I can't think how this company can ever exist with their putrid services...rain might as close their doors wherever they hiding...😤
