RainGo - You RAIN and POUR BAD SERVICE.... You need a serious service revamp and introspection as a business (Recommended for all departments). It's been a very frustrating day of being responded to by an AI generated messaging system, long unanswered calls and 1 or 2 unprofessional agents lacking "people skills" and etiquette. Your billing department and customer care agents need some internal intervention. My billing issue and having network cut off for hours inconvenienced me immensely today. I saw tons of similar complaints shared TODAY from other customers. FIX YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE...
