In 2023 April i app**** for Wi-Fi with Rain and before they can send sim card and open Wi-Fi i had to pay, I used their service for 1 months not knowing that it was still open the following month May, only 2024 i got the statement that i owe that 1 month after a year not using it-then i ignored the messages. Only this year 2025 February i paid that they said is due,supricely since then they opened that account from March till now they say i owe 4 months, that is March till June, even if i try to cancel that online i cant ,there icon that i must chose is hidden because i have to pay first amount R2000.00 for the service that I'm not using since 2023-when you call you forever holding, email send will be given ref no
