RainGo issues.

So normally I wouldn’t write reviews but this is probably the only way I’ll get assistance. Been sitting without internet since the 23rd July and even after making a payment, still do not have internet. Rain keeps saying that they have escalated the matter and it really is pathetic how AI responds and the generic responses are annoying. I want my refund RainGo! Word of advice: Stick to what you have. Rain is not worth it.
