Raingo is the worst internet provider I've ever had! Look elsewhere!!

Rain internet provider is the worst!! Busy moving to another network because of terrible service, and now I would like to port my number that I use for business to another network too. So I go in to the new provider to start the porting process, and no problem. I just need to verify it on an sms that I receive from rain. Which I do IMMEDIATLY!! Now I'm told to just wait for the port to happen within a few hours. But it never happens, and now only 2 days later my Rain contract is stopped, which it should be. But they never allowed my number to be ported. So I have no service on the number but it has also not been ported, my new provider cannot do anything without me being able to receive an OTP on that number to try again. So I contact Rain, and all they tell me is it is my problem, they will not do anything because I'n not paying them anymore. Talk about showing me the middle finger, how are we living in times like this where service provides find it acceptable to do that? When it is they that caused this problem in the first place? Glad I'm not giving you any more of my money, and I will discourage anyone in the future from doing so too!! I also hope many people see this before joining you.
