RainGo is bad don't use it

I have a loop pergig from Rain and every month I have the same issue where I have data but no internet. Every month I contact their client service and they can't tell me whats the problem now I have no internet until the end of the month when I make payment then suddenly my loop is working even though I have more gigs now that what they give me. Rather move away from Rain very bad service
