#RainDrops!! That's all I can say, literally one minuet its on then the next minuet it drops. The device is installed outside in the most pointed area to the blue dot where recommend in which we have spent hours moving.. and still the connection drops!! Well due to COVID-19 they cannot take calls, probably because there consultants are using Rain and they cannot take web calls from home, its amazing how the rest of the world can operate from home but not a Internet Provider.. the email correspondence is so impersonal and doesn't assist in any way, purely a copy and paste the consultants have been sending to everyone. Im paying for a Premium subscription only to not have internet and no service... #RainDrops
