I fell for their **** ads below. I took out a sim to use with their off peak special for one month.I called to cancel the end of the May month and was told it was taken care of system and I must confirm on the 1st of June. I called them because R250 was deducted from my account and I also emailed them as they never did as they said and confirmed the service was removed. Their support via email contacted me 4 days later, I was told to login and change the off peak setting in the dashboard, then I wont get charged at all and I will be on Pay After You Use. Even after this,it was still not done and effective. I had to contact them again 10th June to do the same thing, when I clicked the service off again, it was reset again to active then I had to take it again off, I have the email records of confirmation of this and guess what they still charged me the 1st of July for a service I never used since end of May. I called them 02 July and the support agent would not put me through to a billing department, when I asked to speak to a supervisor I was put on hold for 40 minutes. Tired of waiting I went to chat with their online support, the agent came online and I explained my situation and I asked to speak with a supervisor that she mentioned is George would call me in 10 minutes after our discussion, his still calling me... This is the worst service I ever experienced online and I would never recommend them to anyone.
