Rain.co.za is a big ****! *****'s they are.

Do not sign up with Rain. They failed to deliver a product I got charge for pro-rata. Yet to receive the sim. They made 1 phone call to me the very first time to get my money.

Since then, no feedback or ETA on delivery no email communication from them with updates. All automated emails. I requested refund to SUPPORT and to INFO at Rain, showing my disgust and they blocked my email.

Every email now is a dead end.

They took my money and that was the end. I am afraid that I have to now lodge a complaint with ICASA.

Rain is *******.

Possibly will have to open a police case.

They won't call you or reply.
