If I could give less than one star I would . REACTIVATE MY SERVICES RIGHT NOW . AS MY ACCOUNT WAS PAID UP FOR THIS MONTH. I HAVE PROOF OF INVOICES. FIX YOUR BILLING SYSTEM . THIS IS APPALLING. YOU CANNOT ROB PEOPLE LIKE THIS . IF THIS IS NOT TAKEN CARE OF RIGHT NOW. I WILL BE TAKING LEGAL ROUTES .
AND THEN WHEN YOU TRY AND GET IN TOUCH WITH THE RAIN SUPPORT TEAM YOU GET NO ASSISTANCE AT ALL !! DISGUSTING SERVICE . MAKE PEOPLE PAY THEN SWITCH OFF THEIR INTERNET. AND WHEN YOU TRY AND RESOLVE IT YOU GET NO HELP AT ALL .

Every time I pay this account you put it on and then a few days later you cut it off under the guise of being in "arrears". You better sort this out right now or I will take it further. Bare in mind I have proof of all my transactions for this account and i can back it up!

You illiterate imbeciles I have paid THAT ARREARS and I am beyond gatvol of this *******. Every time I pay this account you put it on and then a few days later you cut it off under the guise of being in "arrears". You better sort this out right now or I will take it further.
