RAIN sells a simple, quick and affordable internet solution... or so you think. Rica your sim card to begin using but first register, choose your bundle and pay. They claim you can cancel at anytime too. I bought my sim, had it delivered, paid for my internet product and tried to Rica. Use an ID or passport. I am South African and used my passport as my ID was ******. The Rica system wont accept the passport you have to see them in person. BUT their offices are closed, the phone number tells you to log a support email. So I do that. Low and behold the agent who "helps" me tells me it is being processed, wait 48 hours for rica and closes my case. The cancel option they offer does not exist online or on the app either.

IT IS NOT BEING PROCESSED IT KEEPS REJECTING. IT HAS BEEN 72 HOURS, NOW THE WEEKEND, ALL FURTHER EMAILS IGNORED AND I HAVE R500 LOST TO THESE PEOPLE AND STILL NO INTERNET.
