Rain.co.za are *****s, ***** and *******

I ordered the 5g uncapped wifi.

It took 2 weeks to deliver it. Then it took another 2 days to just get it working.

After that it has been disconnected after 2 days of use. I tried calling the support centre, and emailing them, and they refuse to answer.

I have used hundreds of Rands in air time and data and they refuse to refund it.

I want service or I take this to consumer council fir ***** and false advertising.
