Rain has activated a sim purchased by me themselves. I received a other sim from my college which I in fact activated,the sim i received by rain is still in packaging and not once activated by me and rain billed me for both sims,yet data usage clearly states that I am using one sim,now rain refuses to give my refund even after me explaining the situation to them when clearly the problem was on their side. I have overexplained myself to them but yet nothing has happened.
