I ordered a sim card from RAIN.co.za with promises of 15 free days' unlimited data.

NOWHERE were you told, that the 15 free days would be effective 2-24 hrs after delivery of the SIMCARD.

When I called the call centre (CALLS ARE RECORDED) to acitivate my SIM, i was told that it would only activate in an LTE device and that the 15 free data days would start only THEN. I then clarified that this was the case by asking the question again. Happy with that, I then elected to insert my SIM into an LTE device when i was ready. Today I was ready.

Today, I insert the SIM into an LTE device and call to activate the sim.

I was told it activated 27th June and that I no longer have the 15 days unlimited, free data.

Also, My account balance shows a balance of R50. I have not used a MB of RAIN's Data.

Today i get emailed that the 15 days were effective within 2-24hrs of the simcard's delivery.

I cannot recommend their service and people please be advised of my experience.
