Rain.com 5G Modem

I am very disappointed in Rain.com, bought mobile service 12 days ago on cash, modem delivered, sim card activated but I cannot browse the internet. This is such a big ****, how can you have a business which does not answer to customer queries either on email, no answer to their phones...it is scary how many people are falling for the Rain.com service...i have lost half a month of no internet access after paying R700 on cash...
