Raincoat Network very BAD

It's been now a couple of days that we are struggling with Rain's network. And after reporting this problem, nothing is happening. I also emailed Rain and still nothing has been done about this problem. My Rain WiFi keep on saying "no internet connection", and when I talked to Rain's Ai help se port, they just keep on passing me back and forth plaiming each other. The net work say it is accounting problem and accounting side says nothing is wrong on my account it is up to date. So now I'm being passed on and no one wants to assist me. There service really suck. ***
