Rain:Been waiting 53 days for my modem

Ordered my modem on the 1st Dec last year and still waiting!!!It was supposed to be delivered within 3 working days we are at day 53 and still waiting.Been checking the progress of my order to see if it has been dispatched yet and guess what I see “preparing order”, seriously 53days to prepare an order.I have attempted to contact them through customer support and yes we are at day 53.I would like to cancel my service yet nobody is interested so hopefully this platform would assist me .
