RAIN5G Poor service delivery, no network
We have been sitting since Friday the 23rd of February 14:00 in Springs,Gauteng without our normal 5G internet. Everyday I have been phoning them and they keep saying that the Towers are down for a critical issue, but nobody can give me a straight answer to when the issue will be resolved. They switched me over to the 4G network which I am only getting speeds of maximum 2Mbps. I Have work I need to do with the normal 30Mbps that I am paying for. 5 days without a service I have been paying for is not right.

02 Mar 2024, 13:56It has now been exactly 8 day without the 5G connection.I Have phoned you guys so many times and absolute no one can give me a straight answer of when the issue will resolved.Everyone keeps saying that they are working on it,but to work on it for 8 day is ridiculous.Why are we paying you guys?For what service?It is non existent.Please fix the damn problem!!Some of us need to do work online and your 4G network is useless.
