Rain5G Internet Service Provided - Pathetic customer service!
Even 1 star is too good for this company! We activated rain5g on the 20th of October and it didnt work even once. So on the 24th of October I cancelled it - till today i am still waiting on my REFUND of R500! I emailed them, I called them and no one bothers to phone me back! If that is the only way to make money then you guys will have a rude awakening soon! Absolute pathetic and disgusting way to make business!!! I will make sure that everyone knows to stay away from you!

11 Nov 2021, 12:05Yes they have been collected on the 29th of October and delivered to you on the 2nd of November.

It was activated the 20th of October and cancelled the 24th of October well within the 7 days of full refund. I still had to run after you guys to get someone to collect the device which only happened the 29th of October after calling and emailing support.
I just want my money back and not have to deal with this anymore.
