Rain5G false advertising and doesn't work!
Got 5G router delivered. It's more down than up. I took the premium package R999 and don't even get 10mbps yet they sold me full 5G coverage. The 5 minutes that worked, took 40sec to open google. I open 3 tickets and still have no call back. They sales you lies and run away with your money. I want to see when they going to pick up the router and how long to get my money back. My 4G portable on Telkom gives me over 50mbps. Complete false advertising and no support at all. Not even a number to call or whatsapp.

30 Oct 2021, 16:39It is not working. Latency is too slow and still up and down. Please cancel my service and get someone to pickup the router. Besides not even getting 20mbps, keeps on loosing signal.
