Rain your service sucks

I ordered 2 rain packages from rain on the 30th of June and paid for them the very same day. 1stly they were delivery issues because I had to only get the other package jus 3 days ago. Now the 5g does not work and I'm calling rain to rectify whatever the issue is and I get to be told I owe them a 100 and something rands, for what I do not know, the other package is working and the 5g is not so how is that possible. RAIN sort yourselves out coz you messing up big time. CAN I BE REFUNDED MY MONEY AND SUPPORT BUSINESSES THAT CAN VALUE MY MONEY.
