I ordered my sim on the 29th of JUNE and I still did not receive my sim card I have send countless messages and emails and no one gets back to me on when I can expect the sim card, I phoned ram to find our if they perhaps have an order for me but there is nothing for me they did not even receive the sim card from Rain to deliver to me, I did not even get a tracking number or anything I paid for this sim that I don't have any internet connection and my child can't do his school work and I cant't work so what am I now suppose to do ??? I am so angry no one helps me at RAIN I need to know what is happening. I will never ever in my life recommend rain again I am done I want my money back the order number is ***
