Rain your service is appauling!

Rain is a terrible service, with no moral ethic or telephone ethics. This all started when I put through a request regarding the network. Rains so called 5G was so awful that I needed to manually reset the router multiple times a day. I sent this off to rains support team which never ever responded back to me. When I tried to log another support query they advised I cannot log another one as someone will get back to me in 24 hours. It's a month later and no one has gotten in touch. I stopped my debit order and sent 2 requests to your support team to cancel my service. Yet they are debiting every single day which is causing bank charges. RAIN is a pathetic service and if they don't stop debiting my account I will continue to escalate them. Sort out your customers that's unable to make full use of your so called 5G network then this would of never been canceled or escalated!
