Rain your own parade

I had a prepaid router with Rain and cancelled my agreement. They even took money from my account after the cancellation and now 1 and a half years later list me on ITC for a balance. ***??!!!!! Really Rain what do I owe you???? I am tired of given your stupid consultants my time and for sure will not be giving you my money ever again!!!! Absolute worst experience ever!!!
