Rain your network speed sucks

Rain network sucks I have the r250 package but the upload or download speed is like 2g back then when cellphones just became popular When I started with rain I was 1 of the customers that still have 15days unlimited down loads I had alot of friends and family sign up cause there speed was steady and quike now is takes half a day to download 1 movie I'm very unhappy Mr s roman ***
