Rain you suck!!!!!! Debit order late and no internet!!!!

Debit order was late to deduct. No internet service since 31 August. I am goign to get into sh*t at work as this is day 2 of no internet. Logged various complaints and all i get is the 24 hour turnaround time. Signal sucks as well but theres no fibre in my area so stuck with these sh*tty people.
