Poor service on cancelation....Did not expect more I suppose.

I cancled my rain service when I moved to a place without 5G.

2 weeks notice was given yet no one contacted me to pick up the router and they still deducted the premium without any answer back on when they are to reimburse.

Poor service. You have us rate you good on inception then on the end you go and break the good name.

If it wasn't for the issue of reception I would have stayed on. But now even if you do get reception here I'd rather not as aftersales goes along with retention.
