RAIN - YOU PAY R699 FOR NO WIFI AND NO CANCELLATIONS!

I signed up for Rain in October 2024 after they confirmed I will have coverage in my area. I have NEVER had WIFI signal and have logged 20+ tickets and calls to them. They always seem to bill me every month for the premium package even though I requested cancellation multiple times last year and even spoke to their consultants regarding cancellation and still I HAVE NO WIFI AND I AM BEING BILLED. THIS IS ********* AND *******.

Its months later and this is still unresolved!

You guys messaged, called etc but still have not refunded me and CONTINUE TO DEDUCT THE FUNDS FROM MY ACCOUNT!
