Rain you dont give a dam
Call centre nope... answering e mails nope.... internet access nope.... what the hell Rain do you actually care let me guess nope.... maybe i should just report you to the consumer act..... it evident thst your company doesnt give a rats **** about service delivery..... your internet access sucks and you dont give a dam.... its quite clear if you look at all the complaints on hello peter.... you dont even have the desency to respond no need to deliver what you get paid for...... word of advice to anyone thats considering Rain please dont even consider this product is up to ****

So Rain had still not contacted us..... and guess what we still struugling with internet access... tell me why would the 1st month of getting rain be so smooth and perfect and rhen bang you have frustration after frustration buffering is our new tv series and my Husband that works from home maybe nowand then he will have access this is bull****...... people dont be fooled by Rain like us...dont get rain im also going to send these messages on FB i willmake it world wide known how pathetic your product is and how pathetic your callcentre is.....
